The North Walsham Indoor Cricket league made a delayed start to the season due to a flooding of the sports hall. The first game was delayed until 2009 meaning that the season was effectively halved. The teams will now play each other team once only in the league, before a knockout cup finishes the season off by April.

The teams involved are:

3. Norwich Vipers
4. Bradfield CC
5. Happisburgh CC 1
6. Happisburgh CC 2
7. Worstead CC
8. Sheringham CC
9. Cromer CC

Aldborough 1, captained by Sean, have had a shocking start with only 4 players showing up in game 1. We were unsurprisingly hammered by Sheringham and then in game 2 we were humbled by a strong Bradfield side. Aldborough 2, looked after by The Mighty Fish, have had a better start with a loss to Happisburgh 1 followed up by a good win on Sunday.

Aldborough 2 (from): Fish, Cookie, Smith, Perry-Warnes (N), Flannigan, Saunders,  Robinson

In other news, Reevo’s had a hair cut and Troy has had his appendix out (apparently it didn’t hurt at all). Oh, and Tom Ash has come out of the closet at last.
